Order processing cut-off time
Orders made before 12:00 (GMT +1) will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 12:00 (GMT +1) will be shipped the next day.
Free shipping
Free delivery is granted to all orders with an order value above €250 (excluding VAT and shipping). With the exception for Cyprus, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Switzerland. These countries are granted free shipping with an order value above €400 (excluding VAT and shipping). Orders with an order value below €250/€400 will be charged an additional shipping fee. Shipping cost are a fixed fee for packaging, handling and parcel service delivery costs, independent of the number of parcels per order.

Parcels are shipped by UPS. Below you can find the average delivery times for your country or region. Some delivery times may differ per location within the country you are based. TSK Laboratory is not responsible for delays in the delivery process of UPS. Although we will do everything in our power to make deliveries in time.
