I want to return or exchange products
We have a 7 days return policy. Within this period you can return or exchange products without reason. In case you want return or exchange products please contact customer service by email ([email protected]) or by phone (+31 85 760 7630) within 7 days.
Please leave the wrongfully received products packaging unopened if possible and do not use the products. Please provide us with your order or invoice number, and with the product codes (or description) and number of products that you want return. We will take the products back and reimburse you within 30 days.
Costs for collecting the products or sending the products back are for your own account.
